Fuditt is a web application designed for hospitality businesses, such as restaurants, cafes, and bars, to digitize their physical menus and offer their customers a digital menu with enhanced functionalities.
It is a recurring service billed monthly, with the option to pay annually with a discount equivalent to two months.
Trial period
We offer a free 3-month trial period for new users. During this period, businesses can use all the functionalities of the application at no cost. At the end of the trial period, a payment method will be required to continue using the service.
Billing and payments
Monthly Billing: Invoices are issued on the 1st of each month and must be paid by credit card, with recurring charges.
Annual Billing: Invoices are issued on January 1st, and payment methods include bank transfer or credit card. By paying annually, the cost equivalent to two months is discounted (approximately 20% discount).
No Commitment: There is no commitment, but it is necessary to give at least 1 month’s notice to cancel the service. Cancellation must be done before the 20th of the current month to avoid being billed for the following month.
Service cancellation
If you decide to cancel the service and then wish to resume it, any promotion or special price you had will be lost, and the current rate at that time will apply.
Technical support
Technical support is available to all customers via email or WhatsApp.
Service updates
All software updates and improvements are included for all customers at no additional cost. Updates are applied automatically and are designed to improve the functionality and security of the service.
Refund policy
We do not issue refunds for payments made, whether monthly or annual. Users are encouraged to take advantage of the free 3-month trial period to evaluate the service before committing to a paid subscription.

We offer 2 service plans: Starter and Pro. The features and prices of these plans may vary and will not be specified in these terms, as they are subject to change.

User responsibility
It is the user’s responsibility to provide accurate information and maintain the confidentiality of their access credentials. Fuditt is not responsible for the misuse of user accounts.

We reserve the right to modify these terms of service at any time. Any changes will be notified to users through the application or by email. Users are advised to periodically review these terms to stay informed of any modifications.
